The Terracers make it two from two in the Hartlepool Sunday League as a 5-0 win against Owton Manor keeps them top of the table.

Just like on Sunday, 7VEN did not take long to break the deadlock with Robbie Lithgo scoring in the ninth minute. The summer signing won the ball back on the left-hand side and rifled it into the top corner.
Just three minutes later, it was 2-0. Ollie Watt played a superb ball over the top of the defence, which Harrison Smith took down well and scored, with some help from a defensive block.
In the 19th minute, Lithgo got his second of the game, as Michael Snowdon made his trademark run to the byline and crossed, the keeper got a hand to it, but it fell to Lithgo, who tapped it in.
7VEN controlled the game largely, but not without Manor having a few chances of their own, but nothing that caused Adam Linsel any real trouble.
Lithgo completed his hat-trick and made it 4-0 to the travelling side. Snowdon played him through on goal, and he lopped the ball over the oncoming keeper for a really cool finish.
Into the second half, 7VEN did not do a lot on the attacking end, with the sense that the game was already won.
However, the fifth did come in the 87th minute as Jamie Jobson, who played a short ball to Harvey Hope from the left. The 7VEN number 14 shot from just inside the area and a block took it over the keeper.
Great win for 7VEN as the 5-0 win kept them top of the table and looking to continue against the Gillen Arms on Sunday. Heatwave Tanning MOTM awarded to Robbie Lithgo with a superb hat-trick. UT7.
