Match Report: 3 Lions 1-1 7VEN FC

7VEN equalise late on thanks to an Ollie Watt goal in injury time in a hard-fought game against 3 Lion in the Motif8 Premier League.

The game started open on King George's field, both sides at their opportunities for an early goal but nothing came to fruition.

That was until the 15th minute when 3 Lions grabbed the first goal of the game, the number 9 was played through on goal and fired past Adam Linsel.

7VEN fought hard to find a way through the 3 Lions defence but could not break them down throughout the remainder of the half.

The second half was more of the same 7VEN controlled possession throughout but shots on goal were far and few.

However, deep into injury time Jamie Jobson off the bench played in a ball that avoided all of the 3 Lions defence and found Ollie Watt who equalised in the 93rd minute to rescue a point.

Not much happened regarding goals, but it was an entertaining affair with plenty of action in the midfield. MOTM goes to Aiden Lamb, who put in a fantastic, positive performance on the right of midfield. UT7.
